After signing up and logging in, you will be notified that you do not have a tenant assigned. Click on the button to either create or join a Tenant.

To create a new tenant, click on the Create button:

When specifying your new tenant, use your company name as the name of the tenant (an abbreviation will be created for you, which must be unique):

Specifying a Join Passcode allows you to give other users in your organization access to your tenant so they can also manage Sites, Domains, Email Accounts, Products/Price Lists, and Payment Requests on your behalf.

Once created, you can now move on to creating your first property associated with your Reseller organization, and then begin creating WordPress sites!

Clicking the minus to the right of the abbreviation for the tenant will PERMANENTLY erase ALL data associated with your tenant, including all sites and domains.

If you have received a Tenant invitation link, you can join the tenant after creating a new account. Click on the link, and you will be presented with a screen that looks like this:

You must already have a registered account on MyWordPress.io to join a tenant, and you must NOT already be assigned a tenant–if you already have a tenant assigned, contact support@mywordpress.io for assistance.
