After signing up and logging in, you will be notified that you do not have a tenant assigned. Click on the button to either create or join a Tenant.
To create a new tenant, click on the Create button:
When specifying your new tenant, use your company name as the name of the tenant (an abbreviation will be created for you, which must be unique):
Once created, you can now move on to creating your first property associated with your Reseller organization, and then begin creating WordPress sites!
You can view and edit your tenant settings by opening the menu on the left, and selecting Tenant

If you click on the Edit
icon, you can update your Tenant settings, and specify a Join Passcode
. The Join Passcode
allows you to send a URL to other users in your organization (that have NOT yet created a Tenant on MyWordPress.io)
that allows them to join your Tenant and manage Sites, Domains, and other resources.
If you specify the Join Passcode
, your Tenant settings will look like this–copy the URL and Passcode and send to other
people in your organization that need to join your Tenant:
If you have received a Tenant invitation link, you can join the tenant after creating a new account. Click on the link, and you will be presented with a screen that looks like this:
You must already have a registered account on MyWordPress.io to join a tenant, and you must NOT already be assigned a tenant–if you already have a tenant assigned, contact support@mywordpress.io for assistance.
