Summary
Taxes are based on your head-office address when you perform the Onboarding process.
If your Tax Status is listed as Pending, you will need to update the Head Office location:
Fill out your head-office location (where your business is registered), and click Save:
Once updated, your Tax Status should now show as Active, with the head-office location you specified.
